Survey – Well not every contract for sale automatically comes with a
site survey especially if the land has never been built on in the past, unusual
really to have such a large piece of land to simply keep as a garden, lovely.
I
contacted a few local companies and found through my Builder Nathan Kerr, Anderson
Surveying, they are in lovely Lithgow, very helpful and very fast. Speak to

Rob sent me the plans via e-mail in PDF and dgw also hard copies are in the
post, great service.
This
is how the home will be placed on the land showing a lovely rise from the front

Meeting
with the Tree Lopper, (Rolly m 0405 849
830) on site first thing in the morning, hopefully the Plumber as well with
lots to discuss regarding connecting the water service that happens to run
right down the middle of the street ;-( not the best option but the idea is to
sort all services at once, let’s see.
