The Start of the Roof Sheeting & Guttering

A break in the weather is all that is needed for Nathan & Joel to get a super start on and it's looking great!

Pictures were taken on the 29.12.11, Nathan has been kind to send through pic's from his i-phone.

 I know that a new roof and some gutters may not be so exciting for most people but for this team it is all that we have been waiting for as now we will have some dry space to work under and just get on with it.

Yes, all of these beams will be painted white & I wanted to do this well before the Colourbond was to be installed to make my life easier but unfortunately I did not have a chance, I will have to be super careful & not splash paint every where.

The sheeting is of course Colourbond and the colour is 'Woodland Grey' . Below you can just make out the design of the roof line over the front of the house.

Lovely Gutter ;-) and you can see the lovely large opening for the double 10 lite French doors that will open right onto the Verandah from the formal Lounge.
