Bearers & Joists

KATOOMBA COTTAGE UPDATE - ENJOY ;-)

The laying out of the Bearers & Joists really does start to show the shape of the home & the size. I feel it will be much grander than first thought and the height will give a great view from the rear deck.

 It's truly a good feeling to see action happening and if the weather holds there will be lot's of movement over the next few weeks.

My Builder, Nathan Kerr has decided to place the Joists closer together to make sure that the floor has less bounce and a more solid under foot feeling.

Mean while I have been running around looking for all the fit out products and have found some fabulous items. I will create a separate Post soon.
